Minimum 6-8 years of relevant industrial experience (post academic)
M.Sc./ M. Tech./ Ph. D Environmental Sciences/ Chemistry/ Microbiology
1. Improvement in existing effluent treatment plants (ETP/STP) and independently should be able to identify and execute the project aligned with the organization's business objectives.
2. Identify the latest commercial technologies available in Environmental improvement and interaction with the vendors for evaluation at lab as well as at site.
3. To be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with the stake holders such as Operations and projects team for the implementation of relevant projects
4. Process chemistry related laboratory experiments designing and supervision.
5. Interpretation of laboratory data and preparation of sound technical reports and presentation.
6. Chemical and physical treatment for reduction of pollutants from wastewater.
7. Mentoring of the junior team members as and when required and execution of assigned responsibilities as per job requirement.
Specific Skills required
1. Developing and designing wastewater treatment Process scheme in a techno-economical and eco-friendly manner. Should be able to introduce state-of-the-art technologies/ processes while designing the scheme.
2. Knowledge of primary, secondary and tertiary treatment and its improvement.
3. Sound knowledge of process chemistry related laboratory experiments is a must.
4. Support operation team for improvement, troubleshooting & flawless operation of existing Green Cell Technology.
5. Coordination with cross-functional groups for preparing an effluent treatment scheme for new and old molecule expansion project.
6. Chemical and physical treatment of wastewater.
