Collaborating with marketing teams, you will support claims and promotional strategies by designing and executing product efficacy tests through internal and external panel evaluations. Your ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers will be vital in ensuring smooth product development and timely market launch. Furthermore, you will utilize digital tools and social media insights to support product innovation goals and maintain adherence to GLP, GMP, and ISO standards in all R&D activities. Your role will also involve staying updated on regulatory standards, safety practices, and industry trends to contribute effectively to the growth and success of Vilvah. To excel in this role, you should possess an M.Sc. in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in an R&D or formulation role within the cosmetics or personal care industry. Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and lab testing is essential, as well as proficiency in documentation, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
