We are seeking a dynamic Research Scientist to join our Media and Data Science Research (MDSR) Laboratory within the Digital Experience (DX) business unit at Adobe. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research that will redefine the landscape of digital experiences. As a member of our ambitious team, you will tackle innovative research challenges, develop solutions to transform business operations, and contribute to the creation of impactful products. **Responsibilities:** - Lead research initiatives in areas such as Natural Language Processing, Computational Social Science, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning. - Collaborate with product teams to translate research advancements into meaningful products. - Design and execute evaluations related to creative intelligence and marketing performance. - Develop scalable techniques for synthetic data generation and evaluation. - Analyze complex, high-volume data from diverse sources and train models to derive insights. - Integrate machine learning models into Adobe's Experience Manager and Experience Platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and transition research concepts into production. **Requirements:** - Expertise in areas such as Large Language Models, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and more. - Track record of publications in prestigious conferences and journals. - Hands-on experience deploying solutions in production environments. - Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take research risks independently. - BTech or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. - Minimum seven years of post-PhD experience for senior positions. Additionally, familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and large-scale data systems is advantageous.
