Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Research Associate (Synthesis R&D) to join our team. The role involves designing and executing synthetic routes, developing new molecules, and supporting scale-up activities while ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and perform multi-step organic synthesis.
• Characterize compounds using analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, LCMS, GC, IR, etc.).
• Optimize reaction conditions and improve yields.
• Maintain detailed lab records and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with process and analytical R&D teams.

Qualification:

• M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry.
• 3–6 years of experience in Synthetic R&D (pharma/chemical industry).
• Strong knowledge of reaction mechanisms and modern synthetic techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
