Research Assistant

Role Overview: As a Research Associate (RA) at Ahmedabad University, you will be responsible for working towards meeting the project objective of understanding the complexities, challenges, and decision-making processes of students" Interdisciplinary Education journeys concerning personalized end-of-graduation goals. This will involve collaborating with various stakeholders such as students, teachers, curriculum designers, admissions officers, career development center officers, and institutional leaders. Your primary task will be gathering the initial dataset towards the development of the SIJMS framework. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, conduct, and orchestrate in-person surveys and interviews. - Work with a data processing pipeline that includes data collection, cleaning, storing, pre-processing, organizing, and analyzing. - Document research and project activities. Qualifications Required: - BTech (CSE and ECE) / MTech (CSE and ECE) / MCA / MBA (Operations, HR, and Systems). - Candidates with prior industry/hands-on experience are preferred, with possibilities of conversion to the PhD program based on performance through Ahmedabad University's centralized recruitment process.
