Support the modelling team with setup and maintenance of financial models by adopting a proprietary framework Undertake migration of existing client analyst models into the proprietary framework Create earnings reports by analyzing financial disclosures and conference call transcripts Support the senior modelers with finalising the modelling approach factoring in company specific and industry level fundamentals Assist the team with pilot assignments on modelling and report writing

Preferred Experience: • On-ground experience in banking, NBFC, digital lending, or fintech space. • Understand the banking and NBFC space, including sector dynamics, fundamentals, and past evolution. • Familiarity with the fintech ecosystem and operational aspects of the fintech industry. • Conduct primary and secondary research, assessment, and analysis, and prepare reports and presentations. • Provide regular, value-added inputs to clients on new areas in the BFSI space. • Drive new products in the BFSI domain with an entrepreneurial bent of mind. • Report Writing and Excel Modelling: Strong skills in report writing and Excel modelling.
