Reseach Analyst (Fresher)

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our recruitment team as Research Analysts.

This role focuses on talent research, market mapping, and candidate sourcing to support hiring requirements across multiple roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
• Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines
• Understand job requirements and assist recruiters with relevant candidate profiles
• Perform market mapping and competitor research for hiring insights
• Update and manage recruitment trackers and reports
• Ensure accuracy and quality of candidate data

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Any Graduate (Freshers welcome)
• Basic computer skills and internet browsing knowledge
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to work with data

Skills Required
