Role & responsibilities Designing of ELV (extra low voltage) system which includes Telecommunication system, Security/access control system, wireless access system, paging/intercom system, audio video system, nurse call system, CATV system, Synchronized clock system design etc for all types of buildings Cable tray sizing and selection Telecommunication room and data center design Creation of one line diagrams Rescue assistance system design (rarely) Specification editing Designing of ELV (extra low voltage) system which includes Telecommunication system, Preferred candidate profile Candidates must have cleared all the subjects in one attempt. Good English communication is a must. Role & responsibilities 1. Designing Training Programs Develop and customize training programs for different emergency situations, such as water rescues, fire rescues, confined space rescues, high-angle rescues, or search-and-rescue operations. Create lesson plans and training materials, including manuals, videos, and practical exercises. 2. Training Participants Provide hands-on and theoretical training to individuals or teams, such as firefighters, emergency responders, military personnel, or community volunteers. Teach basic and advanced rescue techniques, including first aid, CPR, evacuation procedures, and the proper use of rescue tools and equipment. Ensure trainees understand safety protocols to prevent accidents during rescues. 3. Demonstrating Rescue Techniques Lead live demonstrations of various rescue methods and techniques. Explain and model how to use rescue tools such as ropes, ladders, stretchers, and other equipment. Provide real-world scenarios to simulate emergency situations and allow trainees to practice their skills in controlled environments. 4. Assessing Performance Observe and assess the performance of trainees during practical exercises. Provide constructive feedback and guidance on areas for improvement. Conduct written and practical exams to evaluate participants understanding and ability to perform rescues under pressure. 5. Maintaining Safety Standards Ensure all training exercises are conducted safely and that all participants are aware of the inherent risks. Monitor the condition of rescue equipment and ensure that it is regularly maintained and up to date. Review and update safety protocols to reflect changes in standards or best practices. 6. Staying Updated on Industry Standards Keep up-to-date with the latest rescue techniques, safety standards, and technological advancements in rescue operations. Incorporate new trends or changes in rescue training into the curriculum. 7. Providing Support During Real-Life Emergencies Serve as an expert resource during real-life emergency rescues, offering guidance to teams or individuals. In some cases, rescue trainers may also participate in active rescue operations, depending on their role and the organization they work for. 8. Training Documentation Keep records of training programs, participant performance, and any certifications issued. Ensure that all participants are properly certified upon successful completion of training programs. 9. Coordination with Other Agencies Work closely with emergency management teams, first responders, local authorities, or private companies to ensure training is aligned with broader emergency response plans. Collaborate with other rescue professionals or trainers to share knowledge and best practices. 10. Continuous Improvement Review feedback from trainees to continuously improve the training process. Regularly evaluate and improve the effectiveness of rescue training programs.
