Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager Location: Pune Positions- 2 Experience: 8-10 years of Healthtech/ Healthcare Sales experience (SaaS preferred) Role Overview We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead end-to-end sales for our Hospital Information System (HIS) . The ideal candidate has a strong track record of selling software solutions to hospitals or healthcare networks and can consistently exceed revenue targets while working independently. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new hospital/healthcare provider leads (50–1000 beds preferred). Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, contract negotiation, and closure. Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, CIOs, and decision-makers. Present product demos with the help of presales team and ROI-driven proposals tailored to each client’s workflow. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine pitch decks and campaigns. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates. Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within existing accounts. Required Skills & Qualifications 8-10 years of proven sales experience in the healthcare/healthtech domain (Hospital Information Systems, EMR, HIS, DMS or similar). Strong network with hospital decision-makers and understanding of hospital operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and meet aggressive targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of HIS/ EMR/ HER/DMS Graduate/ Post Graduate in any field Familiarity with healthcare regulations and NABH/JCI, ABHA, NMC requirements.
