Key Responsibilities: •Litigation Management: •Handle and coordinate civil, commercial, consumer forums, RERA, NCLT/NCLAT, High Court and Supreme Court matters involving the company. •Draft legal pleadings, affidavits, rejoinders, and written submissions in coordination with external counsel. •Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and authorities wherever required. •Contract Drafting & Review: •Draft, review, and vet MOUs, lease deeds, development agreements, buyer agreements, NDAs, work orders, and other commercial contracts. •Provide legal support in documentation relating to project development, homebuyer communications, and compliance undertakings. •Regulatory Compliance & Governance: •Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, UP Apartment Act, RERA, Companies Act, and land acquisition laws. •Experience in working with RERA Authorities, YEIDA, and other government. departments •Advisory & Risk Management: •Advise internal teams on legal risks, mitigation strategies, and enforceability of obligations. •Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions with external stakeholders. •Corporate Legal Support: Key Requirements: •Educational Qualification: LL.B. (5-year or 3-year) from a reputed law school. •Experience: 57 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house legal experience in infrastructure or real estate companies. •Skillset: •Strong drafting and research skills. •Knowledge of IBC, RERA, real estate laws, and contract law. •Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters concurrently. •Effective communication and negotiation skills.
