Requirements Management Tool Support

As a Requirements Management Tool Support at Veoneer, you will be responsible for managing a suite of specialized tools such as CodeBeamer, Windchill RV&S, and Enterprise Architect in engineering requirements management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing support for users and conducting training sessions on the effective use of requirements management tools. - Performing regular updates, backups, and maintenance of tools to ensure they function correctly and efficiently. - Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining detailed documentation, and triaging tickets between 2nd and 3rd level support. - Providing feedback to management, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with development teams to implement improvements. - Working closely with the Engineering IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure effective application hosting and generating reports on application usage and performance metrics. To be successful in this role, you should bring: - Minimum of three years of CodeBeamer administration experience. - Experience with Windchill RV&S and Enterprise Architect administration is a plus. - IT skills including Java, Apache Tomcat, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and VMware. - ITIL Certification and ServiceNow IT Service Management process experience are advantageous. - Operating System experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux, preferably Ubuntu. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, and the proven effectiveness to bring groups of people together to achieve goals. - Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations, strong relationship building skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
