Job Description: Requirements Engineer (Product or Business Analyst ) As requirements engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product requirements are expertly evaluated and implemented to meet their intended outcome. You will be part of the product management team, working closely with many parts of the organization. Expectations for Your Role BASE | Prepare development-ready requirements and handle support ticket resolution GROWTH | Become a key technical liaison across engineering, QA, and product teams FUTURE | Champion product data quality and usability to ensure scalable product growth Key Areas of Responsibility: Support Product Management with technical assessments and write-ups to guide development Analyze and troubleshoot product issues, coordinating with upstream teams as needed Assist in product design, UI/UX input, and ensuring alignment with functional goals Break down requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure shared understanding of goals Run queries and conduct data structure analysis to support product and feature readiness Evaluate feasibility and business impact of change requests Participate in QA-approved functionality checks for Product acceptance Interface with other product teams to support workflow and data interoperability Act as a cross-functional collaborator with project management, QA, data engineering, and development Experience Youll Likely Need Experience: 3+ years in Healthcare Industry, with emphasis on Healthcare Data Standards (HL7, CCD, FHIR) Experience: 3+ years as a Product or Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer enabling teams to meet business needs through detailed understanding of user requirements Exposure: Agile methodology, including writing and managing requirements in JIRA Experience: Collaborating with cross-functional teams on software development projects Exposure: Working in healthcare IT companies delivering innovative software products Expertise: Writing clear, actionable technical and business requirements Experience: Troubleshooting data issues using SQL or similar tools Education Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or IT-related field strongly preferred. How to Stand Out Bilingual: Strong command of both Hindi and English language in speaking and writing Exposure: Experience with API integration and documentation Experience: Working knowledge of provider, payer, and interoperability workflows Tools: Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, OneNote, Visio, and Microsoft Office suite Exposure: Familiarity with healthcare operations, EHRs, and data sharing practices Experience: Involvement in Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) Share CV on ashwin.pankhaniya@ellkay.com
