• Fostering Collaboration: Working with teachers, staff, parents, and the community to build a strong educational team.

2. Academic Management:

• Curriculum Development and Implementation: Ensuring the curriculum aligns with educational standards and meets the needs of all students.
• Instructional Leadership: Supporting teachers in developing effective teaching strategies and using diverse instructional materials.
• Monitoring Student Progress: Evaluating student academic performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing support for student success.
