This role requires a deep understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and the healthcare landscape to create impactful campaigns that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Execute marketing strategies to promote retail pharmacy services, such as prescription fulfillment, over the counter (OTC) products, and wellness programs. Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (in-store promotions, and print materials, neighborhood connect activities and Health camps) to engage customers and increase sales. Collaborate with product teams to design promotional offers and discounts to boost customer acquisition and retention. Customer Engagement and Loyalty Programs: Promote loyalty programs to enhance customer retention. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and develop targeted campaigns.
