Job Description

Candidate form Vijayawada Location can only apply

  • Look after daily administrative operations of the showroom.
  • Handle front office activities including visitors’ management and telephone calls.
  • Maintain records of attendance, leave, and other employee documentation.
  • Manage housekeeping, office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements.
  • Ensure upkeep and maintenance of the showroom, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for timely support.
  • Assist the accounts/finance team in bill processing, petty cash handling, and invoice submission.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to administration, expenses, and maintenance
