We are seeking a Product Manager with 26 years of experience and a strong background in software development , who has been involved in building products from scratch . The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proactive, and confident in handling cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document product requirements through close interaction with stakeholders. Own and drive the full product lifecycle – from ideation to delivery. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA , and business teams to ensure alignment. Deeply understand and stay aligned with the current tech stack of the product. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision effectively. Tackle product and process challenges smartly and with clarity. Required Skills: Strong understanding of requirement gathering , SDLC , and agile methodologies. Previous hands-on experience as a software developer . Good knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). Excellent stakeholder management , communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
