You are a Digital Product Engineering company that is rapidly expanding and seeking new colleagues to join your dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture. As an experienced professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for working with TIBCO BPM/iProcess, Business Works (BW5 & BW6), and EMS to develop data analysis, workflow modeling, and large-scale integration solutions. Your expertise in SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, and API development will be crucial in this role. Additionally, hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, ActiveMQ, EMS, and JMS is required. Knowledge of TIBCO Adapters (ADB, FILE, FTP), web service security, Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, STRUTS, JDBC), and UNIX/Linux deployment will be beneficial. Experience in Request/Reply, Pub/Sub, and API-based integration, along with familiarity with RMI, IAP JMS for iProcess connectivity, is essential. You should have a fundamental understanding of design patterns and be able to effectively communicate with users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements and describe software features and designs. Your passion for building innovative solutions and mentoring team members to meet client needs while maintaining high delivery standards will be key in this role. Your responsibilities will include writing and reviewing high-quality code, analyzing functional requirements, envisioning solutions, and defining technologies and frameworks. You will lead/support UAT and production rollouts, estimate effort for tasks, address issues promptly, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshooting complex bugs, proposing solutions during code/design reviews, and conducting POCs to validate suggested designs/technologies will also be part of your role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position.,
