The Principal will be responsible for providing strategic direction, ensuring academic excellence, and maintaining discipline and student welfare. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all academic and administrative functions of the college. Supervise faculty recruitment, training, performance, and retention. Ensure effective curriculum implementation as per PU Board guidelines. Monitor student performance and initiate improvement programs. Foster a culture of discipline, innovation, and continuous learning. Maintain high standards in teaching, learning outcomes, and co-curricular activities. Liaise with parents, students, and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication. Oversee admissions, examinations, and compliance with educational regulations. Implement digital learning tools and modern teaching methodologies. Organize workshops, parent-teacher meetings, and career guidance programs. Qualifications & Experience: Masters Degree (preferably in Science/Commerce/Management) with B.Ed/M.Ed. Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and 35 years in an academic leadership role (as Principal/Vice Principal). Strong knowledge of Karnataka PU Board curriculum and regulations. Proven experience in student mentorship and faculty development. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in PU College or pre-university education management. Strong administrative capabilities with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in technology-driven academic environments (ERP, LMS, etc.) Strong ethics, discipline, and commitment to quality education.
