The position of Experience Center Executive (Sales Support) is now open at our showroom. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for sales, interiors, or design and thrive in engaging environments with structured work processes, this role is perfect for you. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in greeting and assisting walk-in customers with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. Understanding their needs and effectively showcasing our product range will be key responsibilities. Handling inbound leads from digital platforms, qualifying leads, inviting potential customers, and systematic follow-ups are essential tasks in this role. Additionally, you will support order coordination by preparing basic order forms and maintaining sales documentation under the guidance of the EC Manager. Collaborating with designated partners and dealers, checking product availability, coordinating deliveries, and following up on execution status will be part of your daily responsibilities. Maintaining daily reports, updating CRM tools or MIS spreadsheets, and supporting documentation required for internal audits are also crucial tasks. You will have the opportunity to assist in onboarding influencers such as architects and interior designers into our exclusive loyalty initiatives. Encouraging satisfied customers to share their experiences via Google reviews will also be a part of reputation building efforts. We are looking for candidates with at least 1-3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a showroom, retail, or B2C environment. Strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language are required. Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with CRM-style tools are essential. A polished, professional presence with a service-first mindset and willingness to learn and follow structured processes with discipline are qualities we value. A background in tiles, sanitaryware, modular kitchens, or interior design is considered a plus. In this role, you will gain exposure to premium clientele, including architects and designers. Structured sales training and process discipline will be provided, with opportunities for growth into managerial or key account roles.
