Job Details: Position Title: Lead Software Engineer Career Level: P3 Job Category: Manager Role Type: Hybrid Job Location: Bangalore About The Team: We are part of Corporate Functions catering to all applications used by the Corporate Finance team. We closely work with Accounting and Recon, Financial Planning and Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, Procurement, and Treasury functions of Finance Business. Impact: Your focus will be on developing and maintaining software that supports core treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, investment management, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Key Deliverables: - Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for treasury management, leveraging relevant technologies and programming languages. - Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with other financial systems. - Provide technical support for the solutions deployed. - Interface with other support teams such as network engineers, database administrators to troubleshoot and support. - Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's knowledge base. - Work closely with treasury professionals to understand their needs and requirements. - Collaborate with other developers and testers to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas. - Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. - Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner. - Continuously improve the performance and scalability of the software. Skills And Qualifications: - Bachelors's degree in computer science with 8+ years of experience. - SQL Server- Ability to troubleshoot issues with DBAs. - Network- ability to troubleshoot issues storage, FW, DNS issues with relevant experts. - OS- Windows in-depth understanding of file systems, event logs, permissions, etc. to help in troubleshooting. - Experience in doing development in Microservices architecture and API interfaces and Spring Boot. - Knowledge of IDE tools such as IntelliJ or Eclipse. - Repository and Build tools such GitHub, Maven, and Jenkins. - Strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#). - Knowledge of data pipeline automation and workflow orchestration tools like Apache NiFi and Apache Airflow. - Familiarity with treasury management concepts, processes. Desirable but not must. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualification: You should have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using C# and RESTful services, which are critical for thriving in this role.
