Your responsibilities will include mapping and configuring SuccessFactors functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries like US, UK, Australia, etc. You must be capable of preparing requirements, design and test documents, and solutions. Furthermore, you should be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and coordinate with clients and the SF cloud team to roll out the upgrade. As part of the Infosys consulting team, you will diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a key role in proposal development, solution design, configuration activities, and resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will conduct solution/product demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates in alignment with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. You should possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems, stay updated on latest technologies and industry trends, and have logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Your ability to collaborate, understand financial processes for projects, assess current processes for improvement, demonstrate client interfacing skills, and manage projects and teams effectively will be crucial.
