This role includes driving sales, managing branch staff, maintaining high customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with company policies, and overseeing smooth day-to-day operations. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or corporate sales sectors are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Branch Sales & Market Development Develop financial goals, sales forecasts, and strategic business plans. Manage incoming company leads, provide detailed product demonstrations, and convert prospects into customers through effective communication and persuasion skills. Analyze local market trends and competitors to enhance market share and penetration. Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, institutions, and stakeholders to grow the business. Enhance brand presence and improve the branchs reputation in the market. Branch Operations & Administration Oversee all branch activities including administration, logistics, and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with company policies, branch decorum, and operational protocols. Maintain an organized, disciplined, and high-performance workplace environment. Customer Service Excellence Resolve customer queries, escalations, and service issues with urgency and professionalism. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent after-sales service. Build a customer-centric culture within the team. Analyze reports/data of existing and potential clients to understand their health profiles, and prescribe appropriate versions and programs of the eMedica device based on their disease or condition. Team Leadership & Training Recruit, train, and retain a competent team aligned with organizational goals. Mentor and coach team members by identifying individual strengths and development areas. Motivate staff to achieve personal and branch-level targets through continuous engagement and support. Budget & Cost Management Prepare and manage branch budgets effectively. Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities to optimize costs. Ensure responsible use of financial resources to improve profitability. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all branch activities adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards. Identify and mitigate risks related to branch operations, customers, and staff. Conduct regular audits and assessments to minimize operational vulnerabilities. Preferred Background: Doctors fromhealthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or B2B corporate salesare encouraged to apply. Doctors with business development/branch leadership experience in healthcare/pharma.
