The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of experience in SAP ABAP with a focus on FICO-related business processes. You will be responsible for collaborating with Finance teams to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions. Your role will involve developing, testing, and optimizing ABAP programs for seamless system performance. Additionally, you will handle technical design, documentation, and issue resolution, manage system integrations, and ensure smooth deployments. A key requirement is a strong ability to communicate effectively and interact with Finance business users. The knowledge split between ABAP and FICO Functional should be 60% and 40% respectively. Proficiency in ABAP Workbench, Object-Oriented Programming, Reports (ALV), Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms is essential. Hands-on experience in Data Migration (BDC, LSMW), Performance Optimization, IDOCs, RFCs, debugging, troubleshooting, and managing multiple deliverables effectively is also required.
