Reporting & Visualisation Executive

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst at Merkle, your role is to deliver analysis aligned with client business objectives and goals, while exceeding client performance targets. You will be responsible for building reports and dashboards, completing quality checks, identifying insights, prioritizing enhancements, and managing dashboard build teams for smaller engagements. Additionally, you will develop data structures, facilitate discovery with stakeholders, and ensure the security of reporting environments. Key Responsibilities: - Build reports and dashboards independently - Complete independent quality checks of reports and dashboards - Identify insights in dashboards and communicate them to internal team and clients - Prioritize enhancements and bug fixes, manage implementation - Develop underlying data structures to support dashboard development - Facilitate discovery with internal and client stakeholders - Manage dashboard build teams for smaller engagements - Manage permissions and security of reporting environments Qualification Required: - Data Modelling: - Possess a deep awareness of data integration, data warehousing, modeling, and business intelligence - Exhibit proficiency in SQL, calculated fields, and using parameters - Data Analytics: - Demonstrate proficiency in business intelligence and data analytics concepts - Craft compelling narratives with data - Front End Design: - Transform data into stunning, informative reports and dashboards - Showcase a strong grasp of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles Additional Company Details: The position is based in DGS India - Bengaluru - Manyata N1 Block under the brand Merkle. It is a full-time, permanent contract with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
