This role involves troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance monitoring to ensure seamless operation of lab systems in compliance with business and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2 support for LabVantage LIMS, ServiceNow, and related lab applications. - Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests via ServiceNow. - Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. - Support reporting tools such as JasperReports for generating lab and compliance reports. - Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases and ensure data integrity and security. - Monitor system performance and ensure alignment with ITSM and BPM practices. - Document resolutions, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues. - Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards, data security, and IT infrastructure policies.
