We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Data Analyst who is certified and passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions. As a Data Analyst, your role will involve transforming data into valuable insights that can guide strategic actions. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive analysis throughout the data lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design implementation. You will be tasked with developing reporting capabilities, as well as overseeing performance monitoring and quality control processes to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret data, utilize statistical techniques for analysis, and deliver regular reports based on findings - Design and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and quality - Extract data from various sources and maintain database systems - Identify trends and patterns within complex datasets, offering insights for strategic decision-making - Review and cleanse data to identify and resolve code issues - Collaborate with management to prioritize business needs and information requirements - Identify and propose opportunities for process enhancements Desired Candidate Profile: - Possess 4 to 7 years of experience in the field - Minimum 3 years of experience in Capital Markets projects is required - Proficient in writing SQL queries Requirements: - Proven track record as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Strong technical skills in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques - Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Business Objects), databases (e.g., SQL), and programming languages (e.g., XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks) - Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages such as Excel, SPSS, and SAS - Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling large datasets - Proficient in query writing, report generation, and presenting insights - Educational background in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics/Mathematics, or Economics (BE/BTech, BSc/MSc),
