Your responsibilities include partnering with experts across the business to understand challenges and data needs, designing and building interactive Tableau dashboards, solving complex puzzles through automated data pipelines and robust data models, championing a data-driven culture, and driving projects forward within a dynamic and collaborative Agile environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong foundation in data analytics and a passion for learning. Requirements include a solid track record in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-centric role, deep expertise in Tableau, strong skills in SQL, and foundational knowledge in either Sustainability/ESG reporting or financial controls and accounting processes. Excellent communication skills, collaborative spirit, and a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree are also necessary. Experience with other analytics tools like Power BI, Python, R, or Alteryx, familiarity with Oracle DB, SAP, or SSAS, and professional certifications in Tableau, Data Science, or ESG/Sustainability frameworks are considered advantageous.
