Roles and Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities: Understanding of various account reconciliations (Bank / Balance sheet / GL account/Store accounts) on a frequency level of daily/weekly/monthly Perform variance analysis and provide reason codes for open items Perform month end closing as per the agreed schedule Work on open items resolutions received, raise appropriate queries if required to clients and 3rdparties Prepare and post journals with prior approvals from clients/team leads Achieve 100% accuracy & productivity for activities in scope. Perform quality check for reconciliation, queries raised to the client or 3rd parties and share the results with SME. Interact with client SMEs, Lead for daily work and process related issues and work on open items resolutions received, raise appropriate queries if required to clients and 3rd parties Must possess good communication skills both e-mail and oral Generate lean ideas and provide inputs to process leads for improvement opportunities.
