JD For Cognos L2 Support Engineer -AEO Report Support Job Title: Report Support Analyst / Consultant Job Summary: Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, developing and preventing technical issues related to our business-critical Reports and Job triggers. This includes identifying and resolving issues with IBM Cognos, SQL, Tableau and GCP technologies. The role requires the ability to reverse engineer, report issues to their source and work with users to understand their needs and requests. The Report Support Analyst / Consultant will be responsible for monitoring data pipeline and job triggers to ensure Reports meet SLAs and proactively communicate with users about any issues or delays and work on Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent technical issues related to our business-critical Reports and Job triggers. Reverse engineers report issues to their source and work with business users to understand their needs and requests. Monitor data pipeline and job triggers to ensure they meet SLAs and proactively communicate with users about any issues or delays. Work with IBM Cognos - Framework models Transformer and Dynamic Cube, Tableau , SQL, and GCP technologies to identify and resolve issues. Manage Jira tickets and ensure they are completed within SLAs. Provide timely and frequent status updates on issues and tickets until they are resolved. Communicate effectively with users and team members to ensure that issues are understood and resolved. Development of Cognos and Tableau reports based on Business Requirements Requirements: Experience with IBM Cognos, SQL, Tableau and GCP / related technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to do multi tasks Experience working with Jira or other similar ticket management systems. Understanding of SLAs and ability to work under pressure. Required Skills Tableau Cognos GCP

You will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying Cognos reports, managing Framework Manager packages, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data visualizations. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and your expertise in Cognos Analytics will be essential for success in this role. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy Cognos reports and dashboards using Cognos Analytics 11/12. - Build and maintain Cognos reports using Framework Manager and Report Studio. - Develop reports with Drill Through, List, Crosstab, and Prompt pages, Page grouping & sections. - Utilize Cognos Data Modules and Visualization Gallery to create interactive and insightful visualizations. - Build, manage, and maintain Framework Manager packages. - Ensure data integrity and consistency within Cognos packages. - Optimize Framework Manager performance. - Understand and apply data warehousing concepts. - Possess basic knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. - Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation. - Perform data analysis and validation using SQL. - Build, test, and deploy Cognos reports and dashboards. - Ensure reports meet business requirements and quality standards. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs. - Create and maintain technical documentation for Cognos reports and packages. - Provide support to end-users on Cognos reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence solutions. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Technical Skills : Cognos Analytics : - Experience in Cognos Analytics 11/12 (Data Modules, Framework Manager Packages, Report Studio, Visualization Gallery, Cognos Dashboard). - Good knowledge in Cognos packages using Framework Manager. - Design and develop reports using Report Studio. - Good SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation. - Experience in data warehousing and business intelligence. - Basic knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. [POSITION TITLE] What you will do The HR Data Analytics and Insights Manager role will extract and leverage people data to create dashboards, narratives, and insights on a variety of human resources topics using multiple tools and systems. This position also focuses on enabling leaders to make better data-driven decisions, by supporting the delivery and maintenance of an executive insights platform. The individual in this role will use strong business acumen and data analytics to deliver solutions, communicate insights, and advise HR Business Partners and leaders through data interpretation. Data Analysis and Insights: Build HR analyses and dashboards for enterprise consumption with appropriate data security. Extract data from multiple sources, analyze, and provide clear insights with recommendations. Conduct research and connect data using a broad range of tools and platforms to extract insights (e.g., talent acquisition data, employee listening data, etc.) Consultation and Collaboration: Provide customers consultation on strategic analytics and metrics to enable data-driven choices. Partner cross-functionally within and outside of HR, including members in Finance, DTI, and other key partners across the enterprise to roll out new tools and features. System Capabilities and Enhancements: Stay current on system capabilities and enhancements in vendor platforms (e.g., Visier, MS Viva Analytics) and implement new features that align with best practices and customer needs. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 to 4 years of directly related experience OR Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of directly related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of directly related experience OR Diploma and 10 to 12 years of directly related experience Experience developing dashboards/reports with data visualization tools, such as Visier and PowerBI. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of data governance and data privacy requirements. Experience collaborating with and engaging HR and cross-functional partners. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with data analytics or data science, specifically in the HR domain Experience working in a multinational environment with global teams. Strong project management skills. Proficiency in extracting data from multiple sources. Familiarity with HCM systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, etc. Experience telling a story through data.
