The role requires you to develop, design, and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with business and Digital Solutions Stakeholders. You will translate requirements into development activities delivered via sprints. Your responsibilities include providing administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support using web programming techniques to configure robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform. As a Service Now Developer, you will plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to the configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform. This involves software coding, customization, screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development. You will update and maintain testing protocols for ServiceNow instance upgrades and coordinate solutions for complex technical data and transformation issues. Your role also involves analyzing business requirements, answering technical and application configuration questions, creating and executing reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets, and maintaining system design and operations documentation. You will contribute to the creation of the ITSM, HRSD, CSM Platform Strategy and support the development of a long-term ITSM/HRSD/CSM Platform development and lifecycle plan. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent and possess 4 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration. Additionally, knowledge of various development coding languages and Enterprise level IT Service Management Platform development on ServiceNow is required. Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, information security best practices, and regulatory compliance is vital for this role. You should have strong knowledge of IT Service Management best practices, detailed planning, project management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem analysis skills are necessary. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects concurrently, adapt to change, and interact effectively with internal and external business partners is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are also key attributes for success in this role.,
