You will also need to maintain precise customer records and upload scanned copies of prescriptions and bills for high-risk medicines. Ensuring a safe and clean working environment, maintaining adequate stock levels based on daily consumption, and verifying stocks for expiry are crucial aspects of this role. Compliance with audit requirements, updating stock levels to reporting authorities daily, and following quality service standards and regulations are key responsibilities. Reporting any discrepancies to the Reporting Manager and handling any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the management are expected. The job objective is to ensure the safe dispensing of medications, provide patient counseling, handle cash transactions accurately, maintain error-free billing processes, and effectively manage stock. The ideal candidate for this position should have a D. Pharmacy or B. Pharmacy qualification with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
