We are looking for a Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, along with a strong understanding of business processes and automation. Responsibilities Power Apps: Gather requirements from users and stakeholders to design and build user-friendly Power Apps applications. Develop custom logic, formulas, and data connections within Power Apps to automate workflows and processes. Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services like SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory. Ensure the usability, performance, and scalability of Power Apps solutions. Power Automate: designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, a cloud-based platform, to streamline business processes across different applications and services Power BI Development: Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI datasets. Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI visualizations. Create data models to optimize data relationships and analysis. Implement data security measures and access controls within Power BI. Qualifications 5+ yrs experience Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate development with strong understanding of formulas, data connections, and controls. Role ObjectiveWe are currently seeking a Lead - BI Analytics to contribute to Analytics & BI Development process. This is a hands-on technical and Individual Contributor role. This position requires that the candidate be a skilled on Advance Excel, SQL, Python and support on Reporting and Analytics applications. The candidate needs to have strong technical knowledge and be very structured and analytical in his/her approach. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Primary responsibility involves advanced SQL and advanced Excel report design and development.Publishing and scheduling SSIS\SSRS report as per the business requirements. Will be responsible for END TO END BI & Visualization solutions development and projects delivery across multiple clients. Drive the development and analysis of data, reporting automation, Dash boarding, and business intelligence programs.Would be supporting in consulting engagement and should be able to articulate and architect the solution effectively to bring-in the values which data analytics & visualization solution can deliver. Good understanding of database management systems and ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworkConnecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence. Experience in using advance level calculations on the data set. Responsible for design methodology and project documentation.Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources.
