You will be responsible for reporting bugs and errors to development teams, as well as overseeing and coordinating test plan preparation and maintenance with the development team. Additionally, you will be writing and executing tests (manual and/or automated), monitoring testing progress, reporting status, logging defects, tracking defect fixes, and new features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle is a crucial aspect of this role. You will play a key role in testing new software features and regression testing existing functionality. Translating functional specifications into testing plans that capture detailed actions will be part of your responsibilities. Utilizing test-driven development and scaled agile methods to deliver products to client requirements is essential. Executing test cases/scripts to ensure the delivery of quality software applications, including Systems Integration, Regression, and Performance Testing is also a core function. Familiarity with development practices like Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development is expected. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing web applications and possess knowledge of UI design. Your expertise should include experience in Mysql database design and designing and developing admin panels.
