Type: Full-Time The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years experience in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications using modern tools and techniques. You will be responsible for translating design mock-ups into functional, responsive interfaces and working closely with UX designers and backend developers. Requirements Proven experience as a UI developer with references (if any) to execute projects. Proficient in using AI powered development tools (e.g., Replit, v0, Cursor) to iterate rapidly on prototypes, while retaining the depth to architect, understand, and end to end test production grade UI code. UI design and development skills with usage of at least one prominent UI development tools such as Adobe XD, Sigma or Sketch. Highly proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript Extensive experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Due, Replit JS. Experience in at least one UI release and delivery framework such as AWS Amplify. Experience in at least one UI testing framework preferably such as Selenium. Responsibilities Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications. Collaborate with UX designers to implement concepts and ensure user needs are aligned. Proficient is writing clean, maintainable and efficient code Test and Debug UI components Must have Skills: Strong problem-solving skills Are flexible and willing to jump on whatever is needed to improve our product (there is no not my job) Creativity and ability to come up with innovative design solutions Ensuring accuracy and quality in UI elements meeting end users requirements Ability to troubleshoot UI and middleware code Ability to manage multiple tasks and create plans to deliver UI to multiple product streams. Soft Skills Ability to lead a small team of UI developers Ability to negotiate interface contracts working closely with backend development team Demonstration and Presentation skills
