Your responsibilities will include: - Generating regular reports on service delivery performance and maintaining accurate process documentation. - Monitoring Application performance and ensuring teams meet Application SLAs. - Creating and overseeing operational metrics to enhance performance and identify improvement areas. - Managing Problem Management within the Application teams. - Cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. - Conducting essential vendor management tasks to ensure software currency, service level management, and road map planning. - Supporting IT initiatives, projects, and solutions across various stakeholder groups. - Contributing to strategic planning activities. - Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery processes and implementing changes for efficiency. - Assisting in the planning and management of departmental budgets aligned with strategic goals. - Developing and maintaining purchase and replacement plans for software in line with the company's budget. - Monitoring IT expenses, budget adherence, and overseeing all IT-related purchases. Additional skills and qualifications: - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex cases involving multiple stakeholders and systems. - Effective leadership skills with the capability to set clear expectations. - Excellent oral and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in understanding and managing the IT landscape, including key applications, assets, and tools. Qualifications: - University Degree in computer science or related technical field preferred. - ITIL, PMP, or other IT management certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
