Role Description: We are seeking for a highly motivated Mobile Repair Technician who is responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and refurbishment of mobile devices, ensuring they meet functional and cosmetic quality standards. This includes identifying hardware and software issues, replacing components such as screens, batteries, and motherboards, and performing thorough quality checks post-repair. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets). Disassemble, repair, and reassemble devices with precision, following manufacturer standards and SOPs. Replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and motherboards. In depth experience in conducting repair for Printed Circuit boards for Iphone 12 models and above. Perform functional and cosmetic inspections to ensure devices meet quality standards. Use diagnostic tools, testing software, and manual checks to verify repair accuracy. Maintain accurate repair logs, part usage, and device tracking records. Ensure proper handling and care of tools, spare parts, and equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures. Participate in quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate repair status or issues with supervisors or engineering teams as needed. Maintain clean and organized workstations to support efficient workflow. Meet assigned repair targets, turnaround times, and production goals.
