You will be a dedicated Renewal Desk Representative responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and driving recurring revenue by managing the end-to-end renewal process. In this role, you will own a renewal quota, work directly with customers, and ensure seamless contract renewals. Success in this position requires familiarity with Salesforce CPQ. Your key responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of customer accounts, owning the renewal process to meet or exceed the assigned renewal quota, and proactively engaging with customers to ensure timely renewals and high retention rates. You will build strong relationships with customers, act as the primary point of contact for renewal discussions, and utilize Salesforce CPQ to generate, update, and manage renewal quotes with accuracy. Additionally, you will track and monitor upcoming renewals using Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth renewal process. Reporting and metrics will be crucial, as you will maintain accurate renewal forecasts, pipeline updates, and provide insights on customer trends and renewal performance metrics.
