In this role, you will lead projects, take ownership of client engagements, and ensure high-quality delivery that meets client expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead an international project where the core platform is built on PHP (CodeIgniter) , with new development in Node.js, ReactJS, Flutter, and AI/ML models . Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication (written and verbal). Analyse requirements, identify gaps, and deliver complete technical solutions. Define and document user stories, functional, and non-functional acceptance criteria . Propose technical solutions for new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Design and document ERDs, technical architecture, and solution blueprints where required. Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for complex or undefined requirements. Contribute directly through coding or oversee co-developers to ensure timely delivery. Review, test, and deliver code that aligns with the clients quality standards. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Git tools. Lead projects using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices. Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to continuously enhance project delivery. Remuneration 60,000 - 90,000 per month , depending on skills and track record. Qualifications & Skills B.Tech / BCA / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 614 years of PHP development experience with proven expertise in CodeIgniter . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Hands-on experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, solution design, coding, and testing. Solid understanding of software quality assurance and delivery standards . Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), environment setup, and Unix commands (preferred but not mandatory).
