We are seeking an experienced Outside Plant (OSP) Engineer to support Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network design projects for U.S.-based clients.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating fiber splicing diagrams, fiber count sheets, and line loss calculations using AutoCAD and ArcGIS.
Design detailed FTTH splicing and fiber routing diagrams.
Prepare fiber count documentation and manage network records.
Perform optical loss calculations and ensure compliance with design standards.
Coordinate with project managers and field engineers for design validation.
Experience with U.S. telecom standards.
Knowledge of permit-ready design and As-Built workflows.
Proven experience in FTTH OSP design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArcGIS.
Understanding of fiber splicing, split ratios, and light loss.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
