Job Description: FTTH CAD Designer Overview / Purpose Were seeking a skilled FTTH CAD Designer to support fiber-to-the-home projects, focusing on accurate network design, optical loss analysis, and infrastructure detailing. This role requires seamless collaboration with field teams, US-based project managers and ensures designs align with performance, cost, and installation requirements. Maintain revision control and documentation for as-builts and records. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production/ Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the production, inventory, logistics, and dispatch operations of our food manufacturing facility located in IMT Manesar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment and/ or food processing industry, strong communication skills, inventory planning, logistics, and quality systems. --- Key Responsibilities: Production Planning * Lead daily, weekly, and monthly production planning based on customer demand and forecast. * Coordinate with clients to understand forecast requirements and adjust production schedules accordingly. * Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components to meet production targets by liasoning with the purchase department. * Liaise with the culinary production/ kitchen teams to ensure production happens as per schedule and communicate requirements in a timely manner.
