Install, wire, and maintain electrical control panels used in metal processing equipment (e.g., furnaces, rolling mills, conveyors). Connect, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.) as per plant requirements. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and automation panels. Diagnose and repair faults in motors, sensors, relays, switches, and VFDs . Interpret and work from electrical schematics, layout drawings, and control logic diagrams . Support installation and commissioning of new electrical and automation systems. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards , plant protocols, and local regulations. Maintain documentation of electrical works, wiring layouts, and maintenance logs.
