Job Description

Leads the design and architecture of enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Reltio, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with pharmaceutical business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architecture for Reltio MDM implementation across person, product, and regulatory domains.
Design data models, entity relationships, and integration patterns.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and performance optimization.
Guide development teams and enforce best practices in Reltio configuration and deployment.

Required Experience

10+ years of overall experience in data management.
5+ years specifically in architecting and implementing Reltio MDM solutions.
Experience in pharmaceutical data ecosystems, including clinical, regulatory, and commercial data domains.

Required Skills

Expertise in cloud-native architecture, API management, and data integration.
Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
Stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Certifications (Preferred/Required)

Reltio Certified Architect (preferred/required depending on seniority).
Reltio Certified Developer (foundational prerequisite).
Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer).
