The Project / Reliability Engineer position based in Sellersville within the Engineering & Projects department and reporting to the Director - Engineering involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, and coordination while focusing on asset reliability and performance enhancement through data-driven strategies. This dual-role professional plays a crucial role in connecting project execution with equipment reliability to ensure optimal resource utilization and sustainable operations. Responsibilities include governing project execution in line with PMO standards, tracking project timelines and budgets using tools like MS Project and Primavera, coordinating with cross-functional teams for approvals, monitoring risk registers and change requests, documenting project stages, KPIs, and compliance requirements, and effectively communicating project plans to internal and external stakeholders. In the realm of Reliability Engineering, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability strategies for critical assets and utilities, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) to enhance equipment uptime, analyzing asset performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with various teams to optimize maintenance strategies, deploying condition monitoring tools and predictive maintenance solutions, leading criticality assessments, and ensuring adherence to PM schedules. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field, 1 to 2 years of experience in project planning, maintenance, or reliability engineering, proficiency in planning software and CMMS systems, familiarity with reliability methodologies, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Key competencies required for this position encompass attention to detail, effective prioritization, proactive problem-solving, strong collaboration and communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a data-driven approach.
