Overall, the purpose of the role is to work with clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a part of Artificial Intelligence Global Company (AIGC), which is a platform-independent service provider for industrial software applications. AIGC, a division of AL GIHAZ holding, focuses on developing an Integrated Center of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence-centered IT and OT applications to empower people and shape a sustainable future. The company collaborates with technology partners to offer advanced engineering and operational support services, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and other digital solutions for various industries such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Mining, Supply Chain, Utilities, Power, Manufacturing, and Smart Cities within the region. AIGC aims to harmonize human intelligence with technological innovation to enhance both human assets and clients. The job location for this position is in Bangalore, and the work model is Hybrid. As a candidate for this role, you should have hands-on experience in the operations or maintenance of Pumps, compressors, and gas turbines within gas processing, refinery, or petrochemicals industries. Additionally, you must possess experience in reading and understanding PFD and P&ID, as well as a good understanding of reliability terminologies. Your responsibilities will include working with clients to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations, adhering to the life cycle asset management process. You will participate in the development of design and installation specifications, commissioning plans, RAM modeling and simulation, and criteria development for equipment evaluation. Additionally, you will be involved in the final check-out of new installations, ensuring adherence to functional specifications, and guiding efforts to ensure the reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems. Essential requirements for this role include 5-8 years of hands-on experience in RAM modeling using Aspentech Fidelis and certification in CMRP, CRE, ARPE, or CRL. You should also have extensive experience in industrial maintenance, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making, along with knowledge of IoT, machine learning, and statistical modeling for predictive maintenance. Familiarity with maintenance management systems, ERP systems, and key predictive maintenance technologies is crucial. Candidates must have a strong interpersonal skillset, collaborative approach, self-awareness, self-starting attitude, high attention to detail, ability to work without direct supervision, and willingness to embrace change and develop innovative solutions. The educational qualification required for this role is a B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.,
