We are currently seeking a Team Lead for the Global Automation Remote Support Hub located in Chakan, India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 automation remote support services to our customers worldwide. The ideal candidate should possess strong A&E (automation & electrical) skills and have previous experience in leadership and supervision. Your main tasks will include setting up and optimizing hub activities, ensuring high customer satisfaction through efficient and timely issue resolution, and leading a motivated team. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise Remote Support Activities: Ensure adherence to high standards, safety regulations, and customer satisfaction. Manage assignments effectively and maintain detailed documentation. Ensure timely completion of technical reports. - Support Issue Resolution: Assist engineers in resolving issues promptly using the PSM methodology and IR escalation process. Communicate issue status and next steps to stakeholders. Act as an Issue Driver when needed. - Apply Global Standards: Ensure consistent application of global standards, processes, and tools. Conduct audits and drive improvement plans. - Analyze Feedback: Review customer feedback and drive action plans to enhance satisfaction. - Manage Remote Support Team: Recruit, develop, and manage the team in alignment with global HR processes. Identify candidates for promotions and career development. Create competence development and certification plans. Continuously improve working practices. - Collaborate With Other Teams: Work with account teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations. Capitalize on business opportunities and collaborate with Engineering Design Team, Sales Leaders, and Strategic Accounts Team.
