The Oracle ODI/DWH Developer, AVP role based in Pune, India, involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications in the Non Financial Risk (NFR) domain. You will work in alignment with the defined project tools/technologies, adhere to organizational standards and processes, and collaborate with development and Level 2 support teams to address production environment issues. Your key responsibilities will include understanding development activities, active participation in Agile ceremonies, software and architectural design, analysis, development, testing, debugging, writing unit tests, recommending process improvements, integration of changes, deployment, documentation creation, meeting SLAs, achieving development KPIs, and readiness to learn new technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience as a database developer, familiarity with Agile methodology, expertise in Oracle data warehousing, hands-on experience with ODI as an ETL tool, proficiency in SQL and relational databases (preferably Oracle 11G+), experience in database migration and performance tuning, knowledge of version control systems, Linux/Unix systems, high availability systems, and release/deployment processes. Basic knowledge of the Oracle database management system is required, and experience with Big Data technologies and Tableau reporting would be beneficial.
