We are hiring Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- O2C !! Location- Chennai Exp required- 5yrs - 14yrs Role Summary: The candidate will support end-to-end deal processing , RO (Release Order) auditing , and collection accounting , while coordinating closely with internal teams (Sales, Collections, Finance) to ensure smooth execution and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Deal Entry and RO Audit: Manage new deal approvals, conversions, and extensions in BMS (Business Management System). Audit Release Orders (ROs) across all channels for accuracy and compliance in BMS. Coordinate with sales support teams across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kerala zones for seamless deal processing. 2. Collection Accounting and Deposits: Deposit due date cheques on a daily basis. Exchange cheques with the collection team as per daily activities. Receive and record advance/PDC (Post-Dated Cheques) from the collection team on a daily basis. Resolve queries related to reconciliation, collection entries, TDS booking, and adjustments by coordinating with the collection team. Track and follow up on deals and ROs for RTGS (real-time gross settlement) received on a daily basis, in coordination with sales and support teams. Liaise with the Head Office finance team for internal coordination and issue resolution. Nature of Role: Location Support-Based: Focused on South India zones (Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala). Cross-Functional: Interfacing between Sales, Finance, and Collections teams. Operational & Analytical: Ensures the integrity of financial transactions and timely execution of deals.
