Role & responsibilities Candidate must have an experience in Substation protection & equipment's Testing field with electrical/circuits branches academic background. Capable to understand the existing control/protection schemes and adapt for the cutting-edge technology evolutions. Handle the Client with skills and experience, technical complication resolving skills & good in Communication. Capable of handling the testing kit such as OMICRON, PHONOVA and other secondary injection kits. Site Management Protection configuration, Field Testing/Commissioning, Final documentation, Scheme verification and red markup activities. Shall be able to test independently, electrical Equipment in substation levels up to 400kV GIS/AIS Stations. Testing of all substation components like CT, VT, Breakers (all types), Earth Switch, Isolators, Auxiliary Transformer, Power Transformer, Busbar, functional scheme check of LCC and C&R panels, Low Voltage Distribution Board (AC & DC) individually. Preferred candidate profile Testing of all relays. Testing of Auxiliary relays, all types of backup protection relays. Testing of Main protection relays like Bus-bar protection, Line distance protection, transformer protection, motor protection, Line/cable differential protection. Must be familiar and be capable of configuration and testing latest numerical protection relays with client/customer witness. Perks and benefits Full Time Job role with permanent pay roll type. We seek a skilled PLC Programmer to develop and implement automation solutions for apparel manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PLC programming, HMI design, motion control, and communication protocols . Experience in servo systems, VFDs, and industrial automation for textile or garment machinery will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement PLC logic for apparel manufacturing machinery. Develop and configure HMI (Human Machine Interface) for seamless operator control. Worked with RS232, RS485, Ethernet/IP, and EtherCAT for machine communication. Handle servo motors, PID controllers, analog I/O modules, and VFDs for precise motion control. Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes to enhance efficiency and performance. Integrated and configured encoders, relays, and contactors for machine control. Developed detailed technical documentation and provided training for machine operators. Ensure automation systems comply with safety and quality standards in textile and apparel machinery. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years in PLC programming. Hands-on experience with Delta PLC and INVT PLC is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of industrial automation components , including sensors, actuators, relays, and contactors. Expertise in servo drives, PID tuning, analog inputs/outputs, and VFD integration . Good communication and technical documentation skills . Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation systems effectively Preferred Skills: Experience in SCADA for remote monitoring and control. Ability to work independently and coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams .
