We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing relationships and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase sales and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals. Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including MLAP. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
