Efficiently handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing . Focus on client acquisition, conversion, and long-term retention . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery. Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work culture . Key Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities . Proficient in MS Office and online research .
