Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI industry, particularly in retail mortgages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial situations. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client data and interactions.
